About Me

Three people sitting on stage during a panel discussion or conference. A woman with short hair, glasses, and floral jacket is speaking, and a woman with short hair, earrings, and a black blazer is smiling. Audience members and a water bottle are visible in the foreground. A large screen behind them displays text related to pharmacy and healthcare.

I’ve been at the intersection of leadership, health, science, strategy, and impact — helping organizations navigate complexity, build partnerships, and move important ideas forward.

I help leaders clarify direction, strengthen influence, and create lasting impact through tailored strategy, trusted relationships, and practical guidance.

I have worked in a variety of organizations, and served on multiple nonprofit and federal boards. This means I offer perspectives steeped in experience in areas such as: executive presence and branding, board management, organizational strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

I am known for my strategic and honest insights, and ability to translate big ideas into practical action. I have been interested in leadership topics since the early days of my career. I am currently studying the arc of a woman’s career for a book I am writing. I’m always motivated to talk about career reinvention and your evolving definition of success. My goal in every conversation is to learn and understand how I can help co-design impact.

When I’m not working, I’m with my family — maybe doing yoga, definitely laughing, and hopefully listening to the Grateful Dead.

Specialties: leadership coaching; strategy; board development; branding & marketing; nonprofit management and strategic planning; thought leadership; moderating and public speaking.
